Crystal Richardson

Attorney

Crystal M. Richardson (she/her) is a solo practitioner at The Law Office of Crystal M. Richardson PLLC in High Point, NC. She has a virtual law practice that allows her to serve clients across North Carolina. Her law practice focuses on estate administration and estate planning matters. Her passion is helping clients with succession planning for their family-owned property. Attorney Richardson serves on the diversity and inclusion committee of the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section and the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) Committee with the North Carolina Bar Association. She advocates for the passage of the North Carolina Uniform Partition and Heirs' Property Act (UPHPA) and is a member of the NC Coalition for the UPHPA. Attorney Richardson also works with a network of legal practitioners working towards land retention for Black-family landowners.
